Interpretation

  • Le score PESI (Index de gravité de l'embolie pulmonaire) est un indicateur de gravité pour les patients atteints d'une embolie pulmonaire. Les patients de classe I et II présentent un risque de complication faible. On donne à titre indicatif le score S-PESI (PESI simplifié), qui est moins fiable. Le score PESI est utilisé pour calculer la classe et la gravité données.
