Interpretation
- Grâce au score HAS-BLED, il est possible d'évaluer le risque de thrombose chez les patients souffrant de fibrillation auriculaire sans maladie valvulaire mitrale. Il contribue à l'évaluation de la nécessité d'un traitement anticoagulant ou non.
