Interpretation
- L'indice est positif s'il dépasse 20 mm chez la femme, 28 mm chez l'homme, voire 24 mm chez l'homme blanc hypertendu Ne peut être utilisé si la zone de test présente un bloc de branche gauche (dans une moindre mesure un hémibloc ou un bloc gauche incomplet) ou une série de nécrose Il est plus sensible que l'indice Sokolow Le produit Cornell est conçu pour améliorer les performances du diagnostic ECG Positif si supérieur ou égal à 2440 mm\ms
